Return/Refund Policy
WHAT can be returned?
All products are returnable IF the product is in the same condition as when purchased. This includes the product packaging.
WHEN do items need to be returned by?
No later than 15 days after receipt.

HOW do customers return items?
Contact us via email to obtain a RETURN AUTHORIZATION
SHIPPING for returns?
Customer is responsible for all shipping charges for returns. Customer should insure and obtain tracking information in order to have proof of return.
CREDIT for returns?
Your credit card will be refunded once the item is received in like new condition LESS our 10% restocking fee.
Product Packing Materials?
The product’s packing material must be in same condition as when received.

In Stock items ship the next business day.

All US orders ship via FedEx or UPS ground from our warehouse in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and are usually delivered within three to seven business days.

Faster delivery options are available.

Canada, Hawaii, Alaska and Caribbean orders ship via USPS priority mail with delivery in 7 to 10 business days.

All other international orders ship via USPS priority parcel mail with up to 14 days for item delivery.

Shipping costs are added to your order during checkout and are based on the service level and location shipped to.
